Hello everyone, I thought I would write a note here to update you on the goings on of these days. It’s been 2 days since I got my second COVID-19 vaccine, so that is out of the way. I am sitting here in the extremely flat lands of Minnesota, USA. The weather is quite chilly even though it is May. This is a prelude to the too-hot mosquito infested humidity of the summer. My current home is a comfortable and large house occupied by me, Jill, and her parents. I don’t feel particularly at home here. I haven’t felt at home anywhere since we left our home in China at the end of January of 2020. We thought it was a week’s vacation in the Philippines. I guess I’m here to fill you in, dear reader, on this pandemic odyssey. I feel like there are millions of these stories not too unlike mine. Everyone with their own personal twist. I hope I can write it down coherently, I know I will forget the most poignant things. See you tomorrow.
