Ok, so now I’m on a jet to Melbourne, Australia by way of Los Angeles. What a ride. Jill got cleared of any mysterious illnesses last week. We decided to head south for warmth and a place to gather our wits. It’s also closer to where we would like to be for a while. Australia is not exactly opposite Minnesota on the globe but it’s pretty close. I think we are flying over the Rocky Mountains right now. Lots of snow. Hopefully that means it is near enough to summer Down Under. The plane is chasing the sunset too. An orange horizon is ahead of me out my window. The plane isn’t quite fast enough to keep up and it’s slowly fading. I’m excited to see the stars in Australia.
