Today we were pretty stressed out. It seems that leaving the country without a packaged vacation and a return ticket is hair raising. Happy Halloween!
We walked to the post office and mailed a couple letters and a package. We catalogued all our passwords and log-ins. We wrote down important phone numbers. We put it all in our shoes. Don’t tell anyone! Our phone numbers will be canceled on Wednesday.  It’s so hip. Cell phones were over last decade, really. I suppose that a dozen people will try to sell us phones on our way out of the airport, so it probably won’t be a problem. We started packing away things around the house and Jill made a plan to eat all the food. Tomorrow its packing and staring, probably. It was cool this morning, hot today, and its still warm this evening. Jill said she may have opened her last coconut, tonight, for a while. Everything is winding up and winding down. The word is that are having Omelets for lunch tomorrow.

We booked a room in Playa del Carmen. We are staying at the Hacienda del Sol. I suppose it could be loosely translated to House of the Rising Sun. Playa del Carmen is on the East coast for the sunrise, after all.  That’s a good sign, right?

I love this chronicle of events in your lives! The title is great even if it reminds me a bit of a medical condition – such as rheumatism.
